- I'm a high school math teacher and the courses I've taught are Algebra I, Advanced Geometry, and AP Calculus.
- I didn't get involved in competitive swimming until I was 15.
- I studied abroad in Antarctica while I was at Virginia Tech.
- I grew up in Prince William County and have lived my entire life in Virginia.
- I love the Harry Potter series and have read the books more times than I can count!

- Before attending George Mason, I spent 2 years at Northern Virginia Community College
- Along with swimming for the Makos, I also spent time on Amberjax, Stealth, and the Colgan High School swim teams.
- I teach swim classes at the PWCS Aquatic Center, working with everybody from Preschoolers to Adults
- I've traveled to Hawaii, Mexico, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic.
- I'm a Packers, Grizzlies, and Rays fan.
